Customers must not ship:
Hazardous or dangerous goods (flammables, explosives, corrosives, etc.).
Illegal items (drugs, firearms, counterfeit goods).
Perishable or restricted items without prior approval.
All international shipments are subject to customs inspections and regulations of the destination country.
Duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
R&VL’s Shipping & Logistics JA is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to items unless insurance is purchased.
Standard liability is limited to the shipping cost paid by the customer.
Customers are encouraged to declare value and request insurance coverage for added protection.
All shipments must be securely packaged to withstand handling and transport.
R&VL’s Shipping & Logistics JA may refuse poorly packaged items.
Full payment must be made in order to collect your package(s).
Additional fees may apply for storage, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information.
Shipments not collected or claimed within 10 days of arrival may be subject to storage fees.
After 30 days, unclaimed shipments may be disposed of or sold to recover costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an item is in transit.
Cancellations must be made before shipment is dispatched.
